Wonderful ☺ The villas are located in a quiet place with comfort; however, not near the attractions. We had an issue about a late check-out and also some extra charges levied; however, after discussing it with the manager and sharing our thoughts, the costs were waived. Management was found to be cooperative and had a good understanding of the guests' expectations and satisfaction. ☹ The breakfast compared to the hotels of 5-star rating was not what was deserved and expected. If you expect a fancy breakfast buffet, you will be disappointed.

The best place to stay in Phuket. ☺ It was absolutely amazing. Everything was literally 10/10. Villa was amazing, food was delicious and staff and service was exceptional.

Fantastisch ☺Villa had een grote zwembad met mooie uitzicht. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Communicatie gaat via een app, heel makkelijk. Erg hygiënisch en geen insecten of dergelijke. ☹Er was geen ontbijt beschikbaar

Everything was truly exceptional – from the large and beautiful swimming pool to the excellent services, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the delicious food. I also really appreciated the breakfast and the in-room coffee machine, which made my stay even more comfortable. I am especially grateful to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
